Openbox access is tied to the learner account email. Learners can use a password, request a one-time email sign-in link, or continue with Google. Email links open a new Openbox tab and do not create a new account.
Steps

Register or log in with the email that should own the course records.

Choose Sign in with an email link if you do not want to enter your password.

Use the confirmation email if Openbox asks for verification.

Return to Dashboard after sign-in.

Use the same email for checkout and future course access.
Why the email matters
Purchases, enrollments, certificates, and transcripts are connected to the signed-in learner account. Using more than one email can make access look missing even when checkout succeeded.
