Learning should be clear, usable, and accessible.

Openbox Learn LLC ("Openbox") is working toward alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across core learning and account experiences. Current testing does not establish full conformance. Independent review is planned, while testing and remediation remain ongoing.

Readable interfaces

Core Openbox pages are designed with clear typography, responsive layouts, headings, labels, and visible interaction states. Testing and remediation are ongoing.

Keyboard navigation

Core navigation, buttons, links, forms, and course actions are designed for keyboard use with visible focus. Some complex or third-party experiences still need broader testing.

Responsive design

Layouts are designed to adapt across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes while keeping the primary course path and dashboard context available.

Clear status and feedback

Progress, locked steps, assessment results, errors, and completion records are designed to use visible text or icons in addition to color.

Accessible media support

The platform can present captions, transcripts, lesson notes, and text alternatives when they are supplied with the course. Availability varies by item.

Barrier reporting and support

Learners can report a barrier and request help or an alternative. Openbox will review the affected experience and respond with available support options.

Current accessibility work

Semantic headings, labeled controls, skip navigation, and visible focus in core pages.
Text-based dashboard labels for progress, completion records, and achievements.
Captions, lesson notes, transcripts, and alternatives when content includes them.
Automated accessibility checks plus targeted keyboard testing; broader screen-reader review is planned.

You may also request the information or service in an alternative way. We will review the issue and respond with available support options.
