Custom agreement
For more than 1,000 active learners, several single sign-on connections, custom retention, procurement paperwork, or dedicated support.
Try Openbox for 60 days with up to 100 people for $750, credited in full toward your first year if you sign on time. Single sign-on and custom work are quoted separately.
A person with real learning activity in your organization during the month, such as opening a course or completing an assignment. Invited or synced accounts that don't sign in are free, and one person counts once per organization per month.
Extra learners are billed per person, but your bill never goes above the price of the next plan. We alert your administrators at 80% and 100% of the allowance, and recommend an upgrade only when it saves you money.
Yes. Annual agreements can be paid by invoice or purchase order, with no prepayment required for public-sector organizations.
No. People can sign in with email or Google. Single sign-on with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Google Workspace is available as an add-on on Starter and Growth and included on Business.
Yes. Guided onboarding includes importing completion history through the Implementation Center, with no setup fee.
You can export your records for 30 days after your agreement ends. After that, your data is deleted within 90 days.
