Yes. Build courses in Course Studio from lessons, video, documents, links and quizzes, or upload SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI and cmi5 courses you already have; we test your files during setup. You can also run instructor-led classes and attach handouts.

My learning brings assigned work and the next available step into view. Learners can continue a lesson and see their progress, while required learning rules determine when the next activity is available.

Yes. Instructors schedule classes, manage registration and waitlists, take attendance and share class materials, alongside online courses.

No. Learners can add Openbox to their phone's home screen, but lessons need an internet connection.

Yes. People can sign in with Google, or with single sign-on through Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, which we turn on for your organization during setup. Automatic user sync (SCIM) is available to pilot customers, and the API and webhooks send records to other systems. We confirm your setup during implementation.
