Save certificates and transcripts

Find completion records, certificate IDs, and transcript-style course details.

Quick answer

Completed courses appear in My Learning records. Open a record to see the course, completion date, assessment status, certificate ID, and available downloads.

Steps

    Open My Learning.

  2. 2

    Choose Records.

  3. 3

    Open the completed course record.

  4. 4

    Review the completion details and certificate ID.

  5. 5

    Download the available PDF record when that option is available.

For assigned training, completion records may include extra context such as the training path or program connected to the course.
