Manage membership billing

Know where membership status, all-access billing, and lifetime course purchases appear.

Quick answer

Your membership status appears in My Learning. Use the billing portal to manage a recurring membership. An individual course purchase remains available for the life of the course.

Steps

    Open My Learning.

    Review Access status in the Today section.

  3. 3

    Use Memberships to review how monthly, annual, and individual access work.

  4. 4

    Contact support for renewal, cancellation, or other account-specific billing help.

Canceled membership

When a membership ends, Openbox updates all-access status while keeping any lifetime course purchases available.
