Review completion records, certificate IDs, progress status, and training history.

Certificates and transcripts appear in My Learning when they are ready. Courses you are still taking show your current progress.

Steps

    Open My Learning.

  2. 2

    Select Records.

  3. 3

    Open a course record for details.

  4. 4

    Download or save available certificate and transcript information when provided.

What records can include

Records may include course title, progress, completed lessons, assessment status, completion date, certificate ID, and assigned training context when applicable.
